Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti said she wasn't surprised about Prime Minister Narendra Modi's invitation for a meeting, since the situation on ground is not what the centre has been portraying. "People (in J&K) are alienated, miserable," she said.
