In Bihar, even though the number of COVID-19 patients are coming down, health professionals and experts continue to doubt those numbers, saying the situation in rural areas is bad and not many tests are being done. NDTV traveled to Singhwara block in north Bihar's Darbhanga district, 125 km from state capital Patna, and found the situation grim.
