"The centre suffered anti-incumbency of six years which no one accounted for... we had to cook Didi's free ration on the Rs 900 gas cylinder that PM Modi gave, which triggered it (anti-incumbency towards the centre)," says Debangshu Bhattacharya Dev, General Secretary, AITC Youth Wing.
