Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed an event to celebrate the signing of the Bodo agreement, which was signed a week ago. "Today, after decades, progress of people and progress of society will gather pace. This truly has been a historic agreement.... I thank each and every one of you who have been involved in the process and made this possible," PM Modi said while addressing a public meeting in Kokrajhar.
