Allahabad stampede: Azam Khan quits as Kumbh mela in-charge
Uttar Pradesh minister Azam Khan has resigned as the head of the Kumbh Mela Management Committee, taking "moral responsibility" for last night's stampede in which 36 people were killed at the Allahabad railway station.
