The Winter Session of Parliament is all set to be stormy one. Sources have said that the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) has decided to boycott Home Minister P Chidambaram as they he is a part of the 2G conspiracy. Sources tell NDTV that the NDA will not allow the Home Minister to speak on the floor of the House during the Winter Session of Parliament which begins tomorrow.
