External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee, who is on a trip to Kabul, has said that the international community should not link Mumbai attacks to the Kashmir dispute. Pranab Mukherjee was apparently referring to the recent statement made by the British Foreign Secretary David Miliband on Kashmir. Miliband on his recent India visit suggested that terror attacks in south Asia would stop with the resolution of the Kashmir dispute.
