In what can turn out to be a major setback for the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Ravi Shankaran, one of the main accused in the infamous Naval War Room leak case, is looking for a legal route to escape extradition. Shankaran, who is currently in a UK jail, has told a British court that Indian jail conditions are too poor.
