TCS may exceed hiring target

IT giant TCS will stick to its hiring target of 40,000 in this fiscal and may even increase exceed it but does not plan increasing wages again, Ajoy Mukherjee, head (global HR) at TCS, told NDTV. Mukherjee said the company does not plan increasing wages in an off-cycle move.
