NMDC in talks with Russia's SeverStal for a JV in India

National Mineral Development Corporation or NMDC has roped in Russia's biggest steel maker SeverStal for a new steel mill in Karnataka, at a total investment that could add up to Rs 25,000 crore. Sources say the proposed NMDC-SeverStal JV is for a 2-5 MT steel plant.
