Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) says it has foiled an alleged drone attack plot targeting the Baltimor military air base in the Voronezh region. According to the FSB, investigators believe a Russian citizen was recruited by Ukrainian intelligence services and instructed to prepare an attack on the military facility. The agency claims the suspect rented a garage that was allegedly used as a staging point for the operation. Security personnel reportedly recovered nine unmanned aerial vehicles, remote-control equipment and explosive devices during the operation. Russian authorities allege that each drone had been fitted with explosive payloads intended for use in an attack.
