Monnet Ispat to pump Rs 2400 cr into cement foray

Monnet Ispat & Energy (MIEL) will set up cement plants in Gujarat and Chhattisgarh with an investment of about Rs 2400 crore. Sandeep Jajodia, executive VC and MD of Monnet Ispat, said the work on these plants will commence by Q3 of FY11.
