The Raymond Chairman said the group has hired 22 senior leaders and completely revamped its management structure, creating a professionalized leadership model focused on long-term growth and governance. Singhania explained that he has deliberately reduced his involvement in operational oversight, serving only on select boards while allowing industry professionals to lead businesses independently. According to him, sectors such as automotive, aerospace and other verticals are now being run by specialist leadership teams with clear accountability.
