S.V. Prasad, chairman, Chime Consulting, says the markets are going through a very difficult phase and is awaiting good news to pump up the markets. He says that in case the debt packages for West Bengal are passed then some of the key finance Bills could be passed. He says since quarterly results are almost out, the situation in Greece is also poor and oil too has come down.
