Managing fiscal deficit will be a big challenge: FM
India's economy may be on a roll, but finance minister Pranab Mukherjee is less confident of narrowing the fiscal deficit. In a candid admission, he said meeting this year's 4.6 per cent fiscal deficit target, could pose a huge challenge.
