Yogesh Bhatt, senior equity fund manager at ICICI Prudential AMC, says capital expenditure as a percentage of the government's total expenditure has progressively fallen to 11-12 per cent to 15-16 per cent over the years so it needs to be increased for investment demand to pick up.
