Ankit Miglani, deputy MD of Uttam Galva Steels, tells NDTV that the impact on steel imports from the safeguard duty will take about 4 months. He says the company's 5/25 restructuring proposal in being considered by a consortium of bankers and it expects a final decision by December this year.
