As India stares at the second wave of COVID-19, Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri said the civil aviation watchdog DGCA has started putting violators of guidelines on no-fly list. "We are winning the fight against the coronavirus but there are some among us who are careless. That is why I have asked DGCA to crack the whip. No matter how many SOPs we make, if they are not followed, it is of no use. We have started putting people on a no-fly list," he said.(Credit: ANI)
