BJP Parliamentary Party To Meet Before Session

On Day 3 of the monsoon session, it was dharna vs dharna as the Opposition and the BJP accused each other of several issues, including the Manipur issue. While the Opposition demanded a detailed discussion over Manipur, the BJP sought justice for women who have been violated in the opposition-ruled states. The Opposition has rejected Centre plan for short duration discussion on Manipur, asserting the issue be discussed after suspending all other business in the house. They Opposition also demanded Prime Minister Narendra Modi's statement on the floor of the house before the discussion.
