Andrew Ng Debunks The 'AI Job Apocalypse' Narrative
Speaking at the NDTV World Summit 2026, AI pioneer and AI Aspire Managing Partner Andrew Ng pushed back against fears of an AI-driven jobs crisis, arguing that artificial intelligence is creating more jobs than it is eliminating. He said the real challenge is helping workers acquire new skills for an AI-enabled economy, stressing that AI is more likely to augment human capabilities than replace the vast majority of jobs.
