Newly-elected Trinamool Congress lawmaker Nusrat Jahan, a special invitee at the annual Rath Yatra event in Kolkata today, sent a message by repeating the look Muslim clerics attacked her for. Wearing sindoor and mangalsutra, Ms Jahan said she practiced the Muslim faith since her childhood and was "still a Muslim". She also re-iterated her stand for an "inclusive India" and said she was "blessed to bring about a change." "We stand for inclusive India, secularity and humanity," she said.
