No Need To Show Notice For Interfaith Weddings: Court Order Sparks Hope
The mandatory display of notices for marriage of interfaith couples will be optional from now, the Allahabad High Court said on Wednesday. BJP's Dr Vamanacharya claims the provision never led to harassment. "It never led to harassment, (the notice was given) because, it will be very clear whether the girl or the boy are already married".
