No dilution of RTI, says Jairam Ramesh
Speaking at NDTV Indian of the Year 2011, Mr Ramesh said, "Some ministers feel they spend too much time handling RTI queries. But to use this as excuse to dilute RTI is not right. I don't think anyone will try to do that."
