The Buck Stops Here broadcasts from Bombay Stock Exchange, one of the sites of the serial blasts that rocked Mumbai in 1993. Yakub Memon was executed today, but not after an unprecedented pre-dawn hearing of his final plea by the Supreme Court. The 90-minute hearing where the top court threw open its doors to decide on the petition has raised interesting questions. Is this a new benchmark for justice?
