Spend 1% Of GDP For Cash To Poor, Says Banker Uday Kotak
Kotak Mahindra Bank MD Uday Kotak said: "The time has come for the Centre to do cash transfers to the poor; for this the Centre should spend between half-1% of the GDP, which is around Rs 1-2 lakh crores".
