In Kerala, the Congress-led UDF opposition and the BJP have intensified protests and raised scathing allegations of attempted sabotage against the ruling Left since the Secretariat fire on Tuesday evening. The Finance Minister of the state Thomas Isaac spoke to NDTV and said, "the Chief Secretary has assured the Cabinet that no sensitive files have been lost".
