Coronavirus is back with a vengeance in and around Europe. As infection rates have risen sharply, national leaders are moving swiftly to control the resurgence of the pandemic. France has declared an emergency and Germany is bringing back restrictions. In the UK, a new three-tier system of COVID-19 restrictions has begun. The new system is to help manage the rising cases across the country. The guidelines for the three alert levels are medium, high and very high.
