Nepal FM On Border Issues As He Presses Claim Over Lipulek: 'Needs To Be Solved Diplomatically'
Nepal Foreign Minister Shisir Khanal stressed that border issues between India and Nepal should be resolved through diplomacy and dialogue, while reiterating Nepal's position on Lipulekh. He highlighted the deep historical, cultural and geographical ties shared by the two countries. During his visit to India, Khanal also discussed trade, cross-border partnerships, energy cooperation and other areas of mutual interest, emphasizing the importance of strengthening bilateral engagement.
