NDTV Ground Report: Another Property Shows Similar Safety Concerns
An NDTV ground report has found that safety concerns may extend beyond the hotel where 21 people lost their lives in the Malviya Nagar fire tragedy. Just a few metres away from the blaze site, another guest house allegedly linked to the same operator appears to have a similar structure, including a single entry-exit point and basement construction. The findings raise fresh questions about fire safety compliance, emergency escape routes and regulatory oversight in densely packed accommodation facilities operating in the area.
