A cylinder blast in Delhi's Okhla Industrial Area Phase 1 has left one person dead and four others injured. According to the Delhi Fire Service, a message about an oxygen cylinder blast near a community hall was received at around 11:55 am. Several fire tenders rushed to the spot and rescue operations are underway.
