Muslim Side Approaches Top Court Challenging Order In Bhojshala Complex Case
The Bhojshala dispute in Madhya Pradesh has now reached the Supreme Court after the Muslim side challenged the Madhya Pradesh High Court's recent ruling related to the disputed Bhojshala complex in Dhar.
The petitioners have expressed hope that the apex court will stay the High Court order linked to the 2003 Archaeological Survey of India arrangement, under which the Muslim community had been allowed to offer Friday namaz at the site.
