Security Tightened Around Kolkata Airport Ahead Of Friday Namaz Call
Prohibitory orders under Section 163 of the BNSS have been imposed around Kolkata's Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport, banning the assembly of four or more people. Central Armed Police Forces have also been deployed in the area following a call for Friday prayers at a mosque slated for relocation, as authorities step up security to prevent any law-and-order issues.
