Mini Cooper Accident Kerala | "Public Sentiment Can't Dictate Bail": Kerala Court Grants Bail

The Kerala High Court has granted bail to three accused in the fatal Mini Cooper crash case near Kochi that claimed the lives of three young people last month. However, the court has directed that the release of the main accused, 19-year-old Suhail Sajeev, be deferred by 10 days. Observing that public sentiment cannot determine judicial decisions, the court said the matter must be decided according to law and procedure. The prosecution told the court that evidence collection is still underway.
