In Meghalaya, campaigning has reached its climax with the state going to polls on February 27. In the state capital Shillong, music is being widely used by political parties and even the Election Commission to attract voters. NDTV's Ratnadip Choudhury caught up with the band Summer Salt who explain how music is the lifeline of electioneering in Meghalaya.
