"Crystal clear that Congress is a dying force in these states (Goa, Meghalaya). People of these states want an alternative. Congress not coming across as a viable option. Congress is not coming to power in Meghalaya or Assam in the next 10-15 years," says Sushmita Dev, Trinamool's Rajya Sabha MP, when asked about Trinamool "poaching" Congress leaders in multiple states and making inroads into those states.
