Lankan navy not to fire at TN fishermen

National security adviser M K Narayanan is carrying good news to the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister. For over two decades, fishermen from the state were fishing in troubled waters - quite literally. Over two hundred of them have fallen prey to bullets from the Lankan navy for straying into Lankan waters. And almost all political parties in Tamil Nadu had sought Centre's intervention to resolve the issue. Now, this could change.
