Khelo India 2026 | Khelo India Winter Games Open In Gulmarg, 900 Athletes Compete Across Disciplines
The 6th edition of the Khelo India Winter Games has been inaugurated in Gulmarg, with top dignitaries including Omar Abdullah and Manoj Sinha attending the opening ceremony. Around 900 athletes from 25 states and Union Territories are participating in eight winter sports disciplines being held across the region. Athletes have praised Gulmarg as India’s premier winter sports destination, highlighting the exceptional snow conditions that have made it ideal for high-level competition.
