J&K Flood News | Traffic Suspended On Jammu-Srinagar National Highway Amid Incessant Rains
Jammu-Srinagar National Highway (NH-44) has been rendered completely impassable following a series of substantial landslides triggered by intense rainfall in Udhampur. The incident, that occurred near Thard area, has effectively cut off a critical transportation link for Kashmir valley. It has buried all lanes of the highway under debris. Meanwhile, many houses on the hill side have collapsed due to landslides.
