A number of key portfolios -- including health, law, Information and Technology and railways -- have gone to new ministers and junior ministers who got a promotion in Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Council of Ministers that underwent a reboot today. Newly sworn-in Union Minister Pashupati Kumar Paras, talked about the infighting in LJP. "As per the law, whoever has 2/3 of the majority will be the leader of the party, I have 5 MPs and have the majority. Chirag should know that - we both are in LJP," he said.
