17-year-old Aliya Assadi is one of the many students who feel their rights have been usurped after the Karnataka High Court upheld the ban on hijab in classrooms. But Aliya is a far cry from the picture that has been painted of hijab protesters as quasi terrorists. A state-level Karate champion, she's a reluctant crusader, but says the situation has left her with no choice.
