COVID-19 pandemic has made matters worse for the weavers in Kashmir who were already reeling under the aftermath of abrogation of Article 370. But now, NDTV-Habba's Handmade Dil Se initiative has partnered with NGO Commitment To Kashmir to support local artisans. The partnership is spreading hope among those who are trying to uphold Kashmir's centuries old handicraft.
