Gulf Oil bets big on realty

S Pramanik, Managing Director of Gulf Oil Corporation Ltd. says the company has land bank of 2,000 acres across the country, which it is looking to monetise starting with Bangalore, where 40 acres are being developed by Hinduja Realty at a cost of Rs 1,350 crore.
