Ganesh Idol In Mumbai Themed On Navi Mumbai Airport Highlights India's Infrastructure Strides

While Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations bring festive cheer to Mumbai, one home in Santacruz has drawn special attention with a unique Ganpati theme, a stunning replica of the ambitious Navi Mumbai International Airport project, one of India's infrastructure marvels.

The airport, a major greenfield project coming up near Ulwe in the Raigad district, is scheduled to be inaugurated in September 2025 by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The replica, intricately designed around the Ganpati idol, features detailed models of runways and aircraft taking off, complete with lights and moving parts that bring the theme to life.
