Fortis moves watchdog against Khazanah's 'misleading' claim
After Khazanah claimed majority approval of Singapore hospital chain Parkway's shareholders for its partial offer, Fortis has lashed out against its opponent Khazanah through a complaint questioning the intent of Khazanah's statement.
