The COVID-19 pandemic has restricted our physical movement and led to a rise in obesity among people, says Nutrition and Ayurvedic Specialist Tapasya Mundhra. In a Facebook Live session with the NDTV-Dettol Banega Swasth India, Ms Mundhra explains the gradual increase in percentage of obese people from the first COVID wave to second and also shares a few tips to manage weight.
