Dragon enters the fireworks capital
Chinese technology has entered hundreds of factories in India's fireworks capital Sivakasi. Every worker in town has been trained in Chinese pyrotechnic, the art of making fireworks. The traditional aluminum powder has been replaced by gunpowder.
