Disha Salian Death Case: CBI Begins Probe, Seeks Case Records From Mumbai Police
The CBI has officially initiated its probe into the Disha Salian death case following a court order directing an investigation. The agency has written to Mumbai Police, seeking all case-related records and documents. Once the complete case file is handed over, the CBI is expected to begin a Preliminary Inquiry. Based on its findings, the agency may subsequently record the statement of Disha Salian's father, Satish Salian.
