Congress MP Digvijaya Singh has described the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan as a "victory for democracy", while launching a fresh attack on the National Testing Agency and its leadership. Speaking in Gwalior, the senior Congress leader said the NEET controversy exposed deep-rooted issues within the examination system and alleged that accountability should extend beyond the Education Minister.
