Will AirAsia enter Indian aviation sector?

AirAsia is weighing the possibility of entering the Indian aviation sector through a partnership with an airline. However, Aireen Omar, CEO of AirAsia, says that there are operational benefits only if it gets a majority stake. She further says that easing of restrictions in ownership in Indian aviation is good for international and Indian airlines.
