On a day Kingfisher Airlines CEO Sanjay Aggarwal will be meeting employees of the debt-ridden airline, Civil Aviation Minister Ajit Singh has said that the government needs concrete plans on how the airline will operate, maintain schedule and if its aircraft are safe to fly.
